For any construction requiring the filing of a building permit, a thermal study will be mandatory. This thermal study will focus on the performance of the building envelope, its energy consumption and, with the new RE 2020 regulations, the carbon footprint of the building.
For all your thermals studies RT 2012 or RE 2020, the thermal engineer will take into account the specificity of your construction project and will calculate the best solutions in terms of energy performance and cost to be implemented in your real estate project.
Completion times vary depending on the size and nature of your project.
It will take on average about 2 days for an individual house and 4 to 5 days for more complex projects. These estimates are valid from the receipt of all the documents necessary to carry out the thermal study.
